WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days and shipping times will vary by location.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we have shipped the package, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure your order is delivered. If you have received a shipping confirmation and the progress has not changed, or it says that it has been delivered and you do not have your package yet--you should immediately contact the shipping company to file a claim.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Be sure that your address was correctly written in your order form. We are not responsible for orders with mistaken addresses. If your order is sent back to us due to a wrong address, you will have to cover the shipping costs for us to send it back out.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We accept returns/exchanges for mistakes made on are part, i.e. damaged products, wrong size sent. We also accept returns/exchanges on products that are in their original packaging and are unworn. If you are looking to exchange a product for the different size, you will have to cover the shipping costs for sending out the exchanged good. We do not accept returns/exchanges for any other reason.
